About
Mitchell Holden is a Los Angeles–based actor, writer and voice-over artist with twenty-plus years of professional work on stage and screen. A SAG-AFTRA member, he trained at the Stella Adler Conservatory under Joanne Linville and Arthur Mendoza, and is a member of Pacific Resident Theatre in Venice, California.
His film credits include The Weight of Darkness, opposite Angus Macfadyen and directed by Marc Furmie, and Door to the Other Side. On television he has appeared in Curb Your Enthusiasm and Star Trek: Voyager. Onstage his range runs from Boo in Christopher Durang’s The Marriage of Bette & Boo to Mickey in Clifford Odets’ Golden Boy.
He founded the Warrior Theatre Project, an arts initiative uniting performance with trauma recovery. His pilot The Pit Bull of Despair was a Filmmatic Screenplay Awards finalist.
Mitch’s performance in The Weight of Darkness was exceptional and helped the film establish its mood and tone.
